Venice Williams-Gordon, Partner, and heads the Firm’s Real Estate Department. Venice has over twelve (12) years experience working within Jamaica’s legal system prior to her admission to the Jamaica bar in 2011. Her journey in law began with her career at the Ministry of Justice in the Legal Reform and Law Revision Department where she gained invaluable experience developing skills in legal writing and drafting. From there Venice moved on to one of the top law firms in Jamaica where she spent eight (8) years gaining knowledge and honing skills in that firm’s real estate and probate and administration department. Her expertise now lies in both commercial and residential real estate which extends to providing advisory services related to strata development and acquisition.

Venice upon qualifying to the Jamaica Bar further pursued a Master of Laws degree in International Corporate Commercial Law which she successful completed in 2012. While studying she trained with a notable law firm in New York where she gained significant knowledge and experience in corporate and commercial matters particularly in the area bankruptcy.

Additionally, Venice is a qualified mediator since 2011 with the Dispute Resolution Foundation of Jamaica where she provides mediation services for criminal and civil disputes for Resident Magistrate’s Court jurisdiction.
