Kathryn A. Lewis, Partner, was admitted to the Jamaica bar in 2011. Prior to being a founding partner of the Firm she established and practiced at her own Firm, Kathryn A. Lewis & Company. Additionally, she served, and still does, on the board of directors for multiple companies, namely Ideal Finance Corporation Limited, Ideal Portfolio Services Limited and Donwis Limited. Her practical knowledge and experience in what it takes to operate and manage a finance and investment company coupled with her legal knowledge and experience in the field positions her to offer sound advice on securities, financial instruments, financial sector compliance and regulations. She is experienced in drafting, reviewing and advising on same.

Kathryn while she was at Norman Manley Law School developed a keen interest in the field of Intellectual Property (IP) and proudly represented the school in 2009 when she presented a paper on trademark and trade secrets to the Assistant District Attorney of Texas, USA. That interest followed into Kathryn’s practice as she now provides IP services including registering trademarks, trade names and copyright as well as advisory services on associated issues related to varied commercial and entertainment matters. As such Kathryn leads the Firm’s Intellectual Property Division.
